responsible for planning, executing, and scaling voter registration campaigns across two designated counties (Bakersfield and Tulare). This role oversees daily field operations, manages canvassing staff, and ensures program goals are met through effective outreach strategies, data tracking, and compliance with voter regulations through campaign execution.

Team Lead (Temp/PT)- Bakersfield
Part-time, $24-30/hour

This position will help manage the team and ensure the team has all the tools for successful shifts. The position is part-time (approximately 25-30 hours per week) and will report to the Field Director.

Canvasser (Temp/PT)- Bakersfield
Part-time, $22-24/hour
This position is primarily responsible for engaging with Kern County voters on drinking water issues and mobilizing them to vote for progressive candidates who will prioritize drinking water solutions. This position will be primarily responsible for contacting voters through public engagement, daily phone banking, and other forms of communication channels.
