Join the Community Water Leaders Network (CWLN)
CWLN is unique to unincorporated communities and cities in California with long-term drinking water access and affordability challenges. The network is focused on water as a human right and informed by the realities of climate change.

Leadership development workshops by Community Water Center and guest speakers.
A support network made up of other electeds with experience leading by centering justice, community health, and water as a human right.
Access to drinking water, policy and election expertise and support, including, but not limited to support with candidate recruitment, re-election, and succession planning on your board, base building and voter education in your district, Identification of state and federal funding opportunities to bring more resources to your community.
Assistance with elevating the urgency of your drinking water concerns at the state level.
